In 2007, Dr. Azizli graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty and started his specialty training in Istanbul Training and Research Hospital Otorhinolaryngology Clinic, which was his first choice in the Medical Specialty Examination, and in 2013 he gained the title of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery specialist.

Again in 2013, he passed the written and oral stages of the European Otorhinolaryngology Qualifying Examination held in Vienna and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. In the same year, he passed the written and oral stages of the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery qualification exam held in Izmir and received the qualification certificate. Between 2010-2013, as the responsible physician of Istanbul Training and Research Hospital Voice Diseases Center, he performed the evaluation and surgery of many patients with voice disorders. He participated in many national and international meetings on nose and voice aesthetics, which is his special interest, and conducted scientific studies on these issues. Between 2013-2017, he performed examinations and surgeries at Medient Ear Nose Throat Center.

He performed his examinations and surgeries at Ataşehir Memorial Hospital in 2017-2018. Op.Dr. Elad Azizli is currently accepting patients in his own private clinic in Beşiktaş.
